Who we are

This website belongs to Tarot Reading by Dr. Prachi, Tilak Indrayani CHS, Shell Colony, Tilak Nagar, Kurla, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400089, India. This policy explains what happens to the information you share when you use this website.

What the booking form collects

When you fill in the booking form, you may enter:

your name
what you'd like guidance on, and the session type you prefer
your preferred date and time
anything you choose to write in "What's on your mind" (this is optional)

How it's used

The form doesn't save or send your details anywhere by itself. It only turns what you typed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. The message reaches Dr. Prachi only if you tap send in WhatsApp.

Dr. Prachi uses the information you send to reply to you, check slot availability, confirm your session and prepare for it. It isn't sold, shared for marketing, or used for anything else.

Please share only what you're comfortable sharing. You can keep the "What's on your mind" box empty and talk during your session instead.

Messages you send are handled through WhatsApp, which is run by WhatsApp LLC (part of Meta). WhatsApp's own privacy policy applies to how it processes your messages.

Hosting and fonts

This website is hosted by Vercel. Like most websites, the hosting service may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site's fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google may also receive your IP address.

This website doesn't use cookies, advertising trackers or analytics tools, and it doesn't save anything in your browser.

How long information is kept

Your WhatsApp messages stay in Dr. Prachi's WhatsApp for as long as they're needed to arrange and follow up on your sessions. You can ask for them to be deleted at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information you've shared, or withdraw your consent to its use, by messaging on WhatsApp at +91 81047 60177. Requests are answered as soon as reasonably possible.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
